Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy is part of the VidSoon Terms. Violations can suspend generation or end the account; refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Allowed inputs
Use only the inputs offered on the template page. Text templates accept their published fields; available photo-reference templates accept two photos and require confirmation that you have the necessary rights and the consent of every identifiable adult shown. You may use your own consenting adult likeness or original fictional characters. Customer video, audio, remote links and encoded payloads are not accepted through the photo workflow. An unavailable template cannot be activated by changing request fields.
You may not use VidSoon to generate or attempt to generate
- Sexually explicit, NSFW, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, or any sexualization of minors — zero tolerance; accounts are terminated and reported where legally required.
- Non-consensual use of a person's face, likeness or voice; deceptive impersonation; fabricated endorsements; or synthetic footage presented as an authentic performance. Permission to upload a photo does not permit fraud, harassment or misuse of a public figure's identity. Authorized photo references produce fictional AI performances and must be disclosed as synthetic where required.
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, protected characters, music, or another person's rights. Templates are original variations, not a promise to reproduce a specific viral video, song, choreography, or person.
- Graphic violence, gore, hate, harassment, doxxing, self-harm instruction, or content promoting illegal acts, weapons, drugs to minors, or terrorism.
- Misleading synthetic media presented as real — fake news footage, fabricated endorsements, or undisclosed AI ads where disclosure is required.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or any unlawful content.
Technical abuse
No scraping, probing, or bypassing rate limits, metering, the restricted-generation gate, moderation, or access controls; no resale or sublicensing of generation access; no automated bulk generation intended to evade review.
Enforcement
Prompt text is screened automatically before it is sent to the model, and flagged requests are refused before any credits move. Screening applies to your input — it does not guarantee what a model produces; output still varies per generation, and content that violates this policy may be withheld or removed after review. We may review jobs manually, and reserved credits are handled under the confirmed job outcome and the Refund Policy. Report abuse to support@vidsoon.com.
