Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VidSoon (vidsoon.com), operated by Zhiyang Yu ("VidSoon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

VidSoon creates short AI-generated video clips through published templates. A template may use structured text fields or two reference photos with preset characters and scenes. Each template page shows its available inputs and whether generation is available. Generation is asynchronous; each generation costs 100 credits. Output varies per generation and may carry the model provider's watermark. We do not promise that a template is currently trending, that a clip will achieve views or revenue, or that generation is instant.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys and for keeping credentials confidential.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in one-time packs (100 / 300 / 1,000 credits for $9.99 / $19.99 / $49.99, valid 365 days from purchase) and are non-transferable and have no cash value. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout; checkout payments are processed by PayPal — VidSoon is the seller of record and never sees your card number. VidSoon does not sell subscriptions on this deployment — plan prices shown on the site are reference only. When you start a generation we reserve 100 credits; if the generation is confirmed failed, the reservation is released automatically. Purchases are governed additionally by the Refund Policy.

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in the text and photos you submit. You must have the necessary rights and the consent of every identifiable adult shown in a reference photo. Photo references are used to create fictional AI performances; they must not be presented as authentic footage of that person. Subject to these Terms and payment, generated clips may be used for your own purposes; you are responsible for checking that your use (music pairing, platform rules, advertising claims) is lawful where you publish. Clips may carry the generator's watermark; do not misrepresent AI-generated content as real footage where disclosure is required.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms; violating it can lead to restricted access or suspension. Any refund is handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Sexually explicit, NSFW, pornographic, sexually suggestive or harmful content, non-consensual likeness replacement, deceptive impersonation and fabricated endorsements are prohibited.

Third-party services

VidSoon relies on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, authentication runtime), Alibaba (video model inference and transactional email), Creem (prompt-content moderation), and PayPal (payment processing). VidSoon is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers. VidSoon is the seller of record for credit packs — the payment processor is not the merchant.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generation depends on third-party model providers and may be limited to approved accounts, paused, or discontinued; where a paid action fails, credits are released per these Terms. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice for material changes.
