Refund Policy

VidSoon sells one-time credit packs (valid 365 days). Checkout payments are processed by PayPal; VidSoon is the seller of record.

Unused packs: if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and the pack is completely unused, we will refund it. Email support@vidsoon.com from your account email.
Partially used packs: handled case-by-case at our discretion; used credits for delivered generations are not refundable.
Failed generations: a confirmed-failed job releases its 100-credit reservation automatically. This credit correction is distinct from a cash refund of a purchased pack. An uncertain outcome remains reserved for review until resolved; contact support for an investigation or applicable remedy.
Expired packs: credits expire 365 days after purchase; expired credits are not refundable except where law requires.
Misuse: suspected abuse may lead to suspension while we review the case; any refund decision remains subject to this policy and applicable law.
Statutory rights: this policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you have.
Timing: refunds are reviewed manually and returned to the original payment method through our payment processor; timing depends on the provider. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days — no instant-refund promise.
