Pricing questions
What counts as a credit?
A video generation costs 100 credits, charged once per job. If a generation fails, the reservation is released automatically — only delivered clips are charged.
Can the smallest pack really make a video?
Yes — the 100-credit pack covers exactly one generation. Bigger packs cover several clips at a lower effective price each.
How long do credits last?
Each pack is valid for 365 days from purchase — no renewals, no expiry between periods, no subscription. Buy another pack whenever you need more.
What if a generation fails?
A confirmed-failed generation releases its 100-credit reservation automatically. If the outcome is uncertain, the reservation stays under review until resolved — see the Refund Policy.
Who processes payments?
Checkout payments are processed by PayPal — VidSoon never sees your card number and remains the seller of record. Generation runs on Alibaba's Wan video model; VidSoon is an independent product and is not affiliated with PayPal, Creem, or Alibaba.
